Send Me Your Tech Questions!
Got a tech question? Send me an email or leave a voicemail. I'll provide answers in my blog, videos, or podcast.
Hey! It’s Kevin The Tech Guy.
I’ve got a quick favor to ask.
If you’ve got a tech question, whether it’s something that’s been bugging you for weeks, or something that just popped up today, I’d love to hear it!
I won’t address every question, especially if it’s something that takes more time, but I will be answering the most helpful, interesting, or commonly asked questions in blog posts, YouTube videos, and on my podcast. That way, everyone benefits from the answer, not just you.
You can shoot me an email by hitting “Contact” on my website, or hit the button below!
To be clear: I DO NOT provide tech support via email.
And if you’re more of a talker than a typer, no problem, you can leave me a voicemail with your question. Please find my phone number above. I love getting those because it adds a personal touch, and sometimes your voice can say more than text ever could.
And yes, I do offer some remote support for trickier issues. But here’s the thing: If I help you one-on-one, I need to record the conversation (the Zoom call, not what’s on your screen, though I may take screenshots with your approval). That part isn’t optional if you want my help directly. To be clear, I do charge for remote support. $15 per 15 minutes, with a $15 minimum.
That way, I can pull some clips for future content. It makes the podcast and videos way more helpful, interesting, and fun for everyone listening and watching. You’d be surprised how many people have the same exact question you do!
So, if you’re okay with that and have something you want to ask, send it my way.
I’m always happy to help however I can.
