Please note that prices are estimated at the usual time each task is expected to complete. Additional time is priced at $15 per 15-minute block.
💡 My Repair Pricing
I’ve taken a hard look at the kinds of tech support I offer. I run this business from home, which means I’m focused on repairs and upgrades I can do efficiently, reliably, and safely, without the need for specialized tools or spending hours installing or disassembling delicate hardware.
To keep things fair and simple for everyone, my flat rate is $15 per 15-minute block. That’s $60 per hour, and it helps me set consistent pricing that reflects the time each job actually takes. There are some services I DO NOT offer, so please read carefully.
Please Note: I DO NOT keep inventory. I don’t have the space for that in my home office. Parts are ordered as needed and paid upfront, or provided by customers.
❌ What I Do Not Offer
I DO NOT perform any full disassembly work on laptops, smartphones, or tablets. These types of repairs are precision-based, time-consuming, and often require tools, expertise, and space I don’t have, and will not pursue in the future.
Here’s a clear list of what I DO NOT do:
• Laptop screen, keyboard, or touchpad replacement
• Internal battery replacement
• Power jack repair or replacement
• Internal fan cleaning or thermal paste reapplication
• Internal CPU upgrades on laptops
• Hard drive or SSD replacements that require full disassembly
• RAM upgrades that require taking apart the chassis
• Any smartphone repairs
• Tablet hardware repairs
I won’t open up those devices. If disassembly is required, I’ll refer you to a local shop that specializes in this kind of work.
✅ What I Still Offer
If the repair or upgrade doesn’t involve opening up the entire device, I’m happy to take care of it. I still support:
• Desktop tower repairs and upgrades
• Software cleanups, virus removal, and tune-ups
• OS reinstalls with optional file backup
• Basic data recovery (software-level only)
• Laptop RAM and hard drive upgrades if they’re accessible through a removable cover
• Printer and scanner setup
• Email and software configuration
• Password resets and user account fixes
• Remote support sessions
• Secure drop-off and pickup lockers for easy scheduling
Everything I offer is billed at $15 per 15 minutes, with flat-rate pricing for common services based on the actual time required.
🧰 Service List and Pricing
System Cleanup & Tune-Up – $75
I’ll remove junk files, clean up startup programs, and apply updates to optimize your system's performance. (~1 hour 15 minutes)
Virus & Malware Removal – $90
I’ll scan and clean your system, repair damage, and update security settings to prevent future issues. (~1.5 hours)
Please Note: Malware and Virus removal is performed with the understanding that it is impossible to fully determine the damage that has been done to Windows or what has been compromised. This task is performed to restore usability, perform data backup if necessary, and reinstall Windows.
Operating System Reinstall (Windows/macOS) – $120 (~2 hours)
Wipe and reinstall your operating system, install drivers, apply updates, and get your system ready to use again.
Data Backup Before Reinstall – $30 - (~30 minutes)
I’ll back up your documents, photos, and music before reinstalling your OS. Customers must provide their own external hard drives, or they can order one through me (Amazon) for this purpose.
Basic Data Recovery – $75 or $90 - (~1–1.5 hours, software only)
Recover files from a system that won’t boot or from accidental deletion.
SSD Installation & Data Clone (Desktops or Easy-Access Laptops) – $90 (~1.5 hours)
Boost your system's performance with a new SSD. I’ll clone your data, install the drive, and verify it boots properly.
RAM Upgrade – $30 (~15–30 minutes)
Install and test RAM in desktops or laptops with removable covers.
Password Reset or User Profile Fix – $30 (~15–30 minutes)
If you’re locked out or your account is broken, I’ll fix it so you can log back in.
Printer or Scanner Setup – $45 (~15–45 minutes)
I’ll connect your printer or scanner to your computer and ensure it works properly. Printers can be finicky.
Email or Software Setup – (Billed in 15-minute blocks)
Install and Setup with Outlook, Office, Zoom, Google Drive, or other software. Remote or in-shop.
🔧 Hourly & Custom Support
If your issue doesn’t fall under one of the flat-rate services, I’ll charge based on time: $15 per 15 minutes, with a minimum charge of $30. This applies to troubleshooting, walkthroughs, software installs, system diagnostics, and any other custom jobs.
On-site services (for homes or businesses) are not available.
🧍 Final Thoughts
This structure enables me to deliver consistent, high-quality service without overextending myself. I’ve narrowed my services to the things I can confidently handle without delay, and I’m honest about what falls outside my scope. That way, you get the help you need, and I can continue to do this work sustainably.

Parts & Software Policy
• Hardware (e.g., drives, RAM) and licensed software must be prepaid before installation.
• I DO NOT stock parts. All components are ordered per job.
• All prices above are for labour only unless otherwise stated.
Warranties & Payment
• 30-day labour warranty on completed repairs.
• Payment is due at pickup unless otherwise arranged.
• Invoices and receipts are issued via WaveApps, which uses Stripe for payments.

Quotes are provided before work begins, often referencing the price list.
Payment accepted by e-transfer or credit card
