Closing Thoughts
Windows 10 is approaching the end of its official support in October 2025, but Microsoft’s Extended Security Updates provide a straightforward path to stay secure until October 2026.
Running a backup while signed into your Microsoft Account is enough to qualify, and it doesn’t require installing OneDrive or paying for the program. This option isn’t well-publicized, but it gives anyone still on Windows 10 a practical way to extend your system’s life without additional cost.
We also covered fresh tips for iOS 26, including ways to address battery drain, a few things you may not know your iPhone could do, and even a fun look back at one of the earliest mobile telephone systems from the 1940s that was in use, though not widely, until the 1980s when new technology was introduced and cell phones became popular.
